PAYMENT POLICY

-PAYMENT TERMS-​

• Public Holidays incur a 15% surcharge. 

• Translating and interpreting services at cost.

• Prices are all-inclusive.  ​

• Room hire at cost.

Payment is to be made in advance, either via direct bank transfer or through a secure online payment link.

Payment details will be provided upon booking.

-INTAKE-

• Tax invoice issued once Intake appointment is confirmed. 

• Payment is due 48hours prior to appointment date.

-MEDIATION-

• Invoices are payable 10 days prior to the scheduled mediation appointment. 

• Where Parties agree to share the costs, separate costs will be issued. 

• Where Parties agree one party will pay the costs, the tax invoice will be sent to the paying Party. 

• ​Booking will be confirmed upon payment and may be cancelled if the fee is not paid as agreed.

INCLUSIVE OF PRICE​​​

• Inviting other party to the process including follow -up.

• Administration: inviting other party to mediation, client enquiries, review of documents, document preparation, provision of session notes via email. 

• All preparation including preliminary mediation conference conducted via phone or online (video conference). 

• S60I certificates.

-DIVORCE & SEPARATION COACHING-

• Invoices are payable 5 days prior to the scheduled appointment.

INCLUSIVE OF PRICE​​​

• Administration: preparation of session notes, review of documents, document preparation, provision of follow up via email.

-FIXED TRAVEL FEE POLICY- 

(in-person sessions only)

In-person sessions are available by request and attract the following flat travel fees based on location:

• Geelong & Greater Geelong including Bellarine Peninsula & Great Ocean Road $50 flat fee 

• Melbourne CBD     $150 flat fee

-REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY- 

We appreciate that this time can be challenging and sometimes situations arise that will cause mediation to be cancelled or rescheduled. 

Business days for the purposes of this policy are considered to be Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

CANCELLATION POLICY: MEDIATION SERVICES

​​You may cancel or reschedule your mediation appointment by contacting PACT Mediation on 0404 088 788 or via email at info@pactmediation.com.au.​​

• If applicable, cancellation fees will be issued upon notification and are payable within 10 days.​​

• If the Mediation is booked but cancelled prior to the scheduled date by a Party or both Parties, the fee will be apportioned equally between parties unless an alternative arrangement has been made and agreed to in writing.

• If a Party or the Parties fail to attend for any reason without notice, a 100% cancellation fee will apply for the non-attending Party or evenly apportioned between Parties. 

• If a session is required to cease due to becoming not appropriate, a refund is not applicable.

• Any additional charges i.e. room hire, interpreter costs will be subject to terms and conditions of hire for refunds to be granted.

Less than 3 business days       50% of fee incurred 

Less than 1 business day         75% of fee incurred

REFUND POLICY: COACHING SERVICES 

• Refunds are available for package sessions when requested no later than 2 business days prior to scheduled appointment.   

• Refunds calculated based on used sessions at the full individual rate. 

• Remaining balance is refunded upon written request.​​​​
